Shipping policy

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a refund or store credit is allowed. The return of items is at the expense of the customer. We accept refund for a period of 14 days after purchase. Item must be returned in its original condition, unopened, in original, sellable packing.

Upon the items arrival and inspection, then a refund or store credit will be issued. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. An administration and restocking fee of 15% of the item value will be applicable to any refunds on sale items in the Hop-A-Long Studio Limited online store.
